At Vonyia Business Solutions, we believe clarity is part of a great client experience. Please review the policies below before booking — they're designed to keep our process smooth, professional, and fair for everyone.
Payment Policies
Payment Due Upon Booking
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your project or service. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full.
Split Payment Options
We understand flexibility matters. For clients who prefer to break up their payment, we offer Klarna and PayPal Pay-in-4 as split payment options at checkout.
Website Management Billing
Ongoing website management services are billed at an hourly rate per the terms of your signed service agreement. Invoices must be paid in full for services to continue. Any unpaid invoice may result in a pause of services until the balance is settled.
Booking & Scheduling Policies
Grace Period & Late Arrival Fee
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled meetings and consultations. A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late, as well as no-shows, will be assessed a $75 fee, charged to the card on file.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated and issued on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out directly to discuss your circumstances, and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Intellectual Property Policy
Ownership of Digital Products & Designs
All digital products created by Vonyia Business Solutions — including but not limited to website designs, graphics, and branding materials — remain the intellectual property of Vonyia Business Solutions, LLC. Vonyia Business Solutions retains the right to use completed designs and projects for portfolio and social media promotion purposes.
